Rug Design

I wanted to create a rug that would bring in lots of texture even just through the pattern. I wanted the design of the rug to resemble the painstrokes on a canvas, using a simple background and a multitude of shades to give the design volume.

Using a combination on wool and silk the colors would further stand out from one another, with some colors being created in the more shiny silk fibers and some in the more plush and rough wool.
